Product Identifier:
A Product Identifier may be a Registration Number, Host Identifier, or a License Authorization Code (LAC) depending on which version of Crystal Ball you have installed.
To find the Product Identifier, launch Crystal Ball and access the About Crystal Ball window by selecting Help -> Crystal Ball -> About Crystal Ball... menu item. Enter the Registration # shown near the bottom of the About Crystal Ball window.
